This notice explains what happens to your email address if you join the PERSEUS early-access list. It's deliberately short, because we collect very little.
PERSEUS ("we", "us") runs this website and the early-access list. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us any time at [email protected].
When you join the early-access list, we collect:
That's all. We don't ask for your name, and we don't build a profile of you on this site. If you email us, we'll also hold the contents of your message and your address so we can reply.
We use your email address only to send you occasional early-access updates and to let you know when PERSEUS launches. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by joining the list. You can withdraw it at any time (see Your rights).
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or cross-site trackers. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and cookieless — it records aggregate figures such as page views and country, and does not identify you or follow you across other sites.
We keep your email in our own store and don't sell or trade it. A small number of trusted providers process it on our behalf, only to run the list:
| Provider | What they do |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosts the site, stores the list, and provides the cookieless analytics. |
| Resend | Sends our confirmation and launch emails to you. |
| Zoho Mail | Receives email you send to us (e.g. replies to our emails). |
Each acts only on our instructions. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where that happens, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep your email until PERSEUS launches and you've had a chance to decide whether to stay, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first. Once we begin sending launch updates, every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we'll act on it. You also have the right to complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we've handled your data wrongly.
If we change how the list works, we'll update this page and revise the date above.
Any questions about this notice or your data: [email protected].
